Review of Nemo’s Speed Circuit Training Video

After watching Coach Nemo’s 60 minute tape, Speed Circuit Training with Nemo, Volume Two, my very first thoughts were, I wish I had this tape and type of training when I was in school. The beauty of Nemo’s instructional tape is its enthusiastic and simplistic, yet through and quite extensive, way of training the would be successful hitter.

As the sports editor for Lincoln City’s Newspaper, The News Guard, I have had the opportunity to witness the batting techniques of many different high school baseball/softball athletes. As I concentrated on those athletes I knew had trained with the Speed Circuit Training Program, I learned a crucial point towards hitting the ball. Unless a batter has the combination of speed, strength, eye to hand response control and correct batting techniques working together, he or she will never become a successfully consistent and accurate hitter.

Luck and poor technique serves the athlete for only so long!

A person having never swung a bat could follow Nemo’s program, even create the simple training apparatuses used and in short time be a highly successful hitter.

Speed Circuit Training with Nemo, Volume Two, is for the beginner, the advanced player and coaches alike. Don’t let the easy going approach of the tape detour you or your team from viewing and using the program. If you are not presently using Nemo;s Speed Bat and following his program, watching this tape and following the drills will certainly challenge the way you or your team have approached the art of successfully hitting a ball.

If you want to learn the proper technique to hitting a baseball or softball, or if you want to improve on your technique and bating speed, Speed Circuit Training with Nemo, Volume Two, is for you.
